Where's the mugshot????!!!!!
Brit Brit Spears turned herself in to the police this week for a hit-n-run case, and everyone was excited to see the mugshot. Problem is, it still hasn't surfaced!!! I know nothing about the law, but when other hollywood celebrities get arrested, their mug shots will be all over the internet the same day the shots were taken. So I assumed that the police actually releases these mugshots along with the press release. Apparently, that's not how things work. Can someone with a law background explain to me if they will release it?
